Prince William County adopt a pet

Martin (12362/4043) is a male pit bull terrier who was found as a stray. He is 3 to 5 years old. Marbles (290/4076) is a 3-year-old declawed spayed domestic shorthair whose owner can no longer keep her.

The Prince William County Animal Shelter, 14807 Bristow Rd., Manassas, makes animals available for adoption by residents of Manassas and Manassas Park and Prince William, Fairfax, Loudoun, Fauquier and Stafford counties. If the animal is spayed or neutered, adopters may live outside these areas. Additional animals can be seen at pwcshelter.petfinder.com. Viewing and adoption hours are 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesdays through Fridays, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturdays and noon to 4 p.m. Sundays. The shelter is closed Mondays and holidays.
